WWE fans are fired up after Brock Lesnar issued an Open Challenge on Monday Night RAW. While nobody has answered it yet, many expect Oba Femi to step up following their intense face-off within the 2026 Men’s Royal Rumble match.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Lesnar vs. Femi will likely be the almost definitely direction that the creative team will head toward for WrestleMania 42.
Meanwhile, Seth Rollins has options lined up for WrestleMania 42. The Visionary will either face Bron Breakker or Logan Paul in Las Vegas, NV. Breakker would undoubtedly be the popular alternative, should he return in time for WrestleMania 42, but when he fails to make it, then Logan could be Seth’s opponent.
There have also been discussions about putting the WWE World Tag Team Titles on The Vision, and if Breakker does return in time to face Rollins at WrestleMania 42, Logan and Austin Theory could go after tag team gold, currently held by The Usos.
Other matches for WrestleMania 42 are within the works too. WWE has plans to run Finn Balor vs. Dominik Mysterio and Asuka vs. Kairi Sane at WrestleMania 42 this April.
