Sorab Bedi addressed social media claims about his 9-year-long relationship and about his Splitsvilla X6 connection, Niharika Tiwari. In an exclusive interview with Bollywood Bubble, he shared insights into his reference to Niharika and clarified that he never auditioned for the show. Sorab Bedi On His Past Relationship Of 9 Years
When asked concerning the social media claims of him having a girlfriend of 9 years outside Splitsvilla X6, Sorab Bedi clarified, “Mera 9 saal ka relationship tha. Matlab hum saath hi rehte the, aur hamare paas ek dog bhi tha. Aur important muh pe bolne wala aadmi hoon — mujhe kisi cheez ka dar nahi lagta. Jab important serial karta tha, tab bhi important interviews deta tha — Aaj Tak wagairah ke liye. ‘Saas Bahu Beti’ jaise shows bhi set par aate the. Predominant apni girlfriend ko set par apne saath leke jata tha. Humne saath mein day-outs bhi kiye hain.”
He continued, “Maine sabko clearly bataya hua tha ki wo meri girlfriend hai. Jab meri thi, toh maine danke ki chot pe bola tha ki wo meri girlfriend hai. Ab jab breakup ho gaya toh ho gaya. Aap mere phone mein check kar lo — pichhle teen saal se maine har jagah message kiya hua hai: ‘I’m committed, I’m committed, I’m committed.’ Agar mujhe show mein jana hi hota, toh important last season mein hi chala jata. Predominant aapko 15 messages bhi dikha sakta hoon. Jio ke logon ke messages bhi dikha sakta hoon ki wahan se message aaya tha.”
Sorab Never Gave Any Audition For Splitsvilla
The actor said, “Maine kabhi Splitsvilla ka audition nahi diya. Bhagwan ki daya se mujhe direct hi calls aaye, kyunki maine pehle hi bahut mehnat ki hui thi — modelling ki thi, acting ki thi, do serials bhi kiye the. Isliye important ek normal contestant ki tarah audition nahi deke gaya tha. Lekin phir aap dekhte ho ki log acting ke credits dekh kar bolte hain ki ye uske ghar walon ko follow kar raha hai, ye sab kar raha hai. Eventually, uske ghar walon ne mujhe unfollow kar diya, kyunki baat mere upar aa rahi thi.”
He continued, “Lekin sach ye hai ki abhi bhi respect hai. Last Ganpati pe bhi maine uski mom ko phone kiya tha —’ Aunty agar aana ho toh aa jana. ‘Abhi kuch din pehle Holi bhi thi, toh maine unhe message kiya- ‘Joyful Holi Aunty.’ Predominant 20-22 saal ka nahi hoon. Hum 9 saal saath mein rahe hain, toh ek family connect ho jata hai. Aur maturity bhi aa jati hai. Hamare dog ki baat karun toh — kabhi wo uske paas rehta hai, kabhi mere paas. Kabhi agar direct baat na karni pade, toh mera house help baat kar leta hai, ya important uski mom ko bol deta hoon ki thode time ke liye dog mere paas rehne do.”
Sorab Says Each He And His Ex Have Maturedly Moved On
The Rajma Chawal boy shared, “Jaise divorce ke baad bachche kabhi ek parent ke paas, kabhi dusre ke paas rehte hain, waise hi hamara dog hai. Mere liye toh wo bachche jaisa hi tha, aur uske liye bhi waisa hi hai. Abhi dog uske paas hai, Faridabad mein. Holi pe maine uski mom ko phone kiya tha aur bola ki mujhe thode time ke liye dog chahiye, kyunki mujhe bhi uski yaad aa rahi hai. Ab agar mujhe dog lena hai toh obviously important kisi local bande ko call karke toh nahi bolunga ki jaake dog le aa. Mujhe uske ghar walon se hi baat karni padegi.”
He added, “Isliye bol raha hoon — maturity dono mein hai. Usmein bhi hai, aur mujh mein bhi hai. Mujhse ek baar poocha gaya tha ki agar meri ex wapas aa gayi toh kya important ladayi-jhagra karunga. Maine kaha nahi — hamara relationship bahut mature tareeke se khatam hua hai. Aisa nahi hua ki ‘important tujhe barbaad kar dungi’ ya ‘important tujhe barbaad kar dunga.’ Aisa kuch nahi tha. Hum dono us age mein hain jahan samajh hoti hai. Humne saath mein grow kiya hai. Hum dono ne saath mein hi modelling start ki thi.”
Sorab Bedi On Bond With Niharika Tiwari
Speaking of his Splitsvilla X6 connection, Niharika Tiwari, Sorab Bedi said, “Reels bhi daal di hain aur comments dono ke paas hi aate hain. Butterflies toh dono ko hi aate hain.”
He continued, “Predominant Niharika ko peheli baar perform karte hue dekha tha. Usse pehle jab usne Yogesh ke saath perform kiya tha, tab tak hum Paisevilla mein enter kar chuke the. Uss raat hum uske aur Ashmita ke room mein baithe hue the. Hum chaaron baith ke has rahe the. Predominant usko jokes suna raha tha. Uske baad maine usse perform karte hue dekha aur maine bola, ‘Arre bhai sahab!’ Tab tak mujhe pata tha ki Yogesh performance ke liye hi khel raha hai. Matlab wo toh Akanksha ke saath hi khelega, kyunki uska connection us side hai.”
Sorab Likes Niharika’s Kaleshi Nature?
He concluded, “Phir meri aur Niharka ki baat honi shuru hui. Tab pata chala ki wo bhi kaafi funny hai. Aisa nahi hai ki wo funny nahi hai. Uske baad maine usse ladte hue bhi dekha. Tab maine socha ki side mein aisa insaan hona chahiye. Kyunki ladke toh ladkon ko sambhal lenge, lekin agar koi ladki bolne lag jaaye toh important kya karunga? Predominant toh jawab nahi de paunga. Par ye khadi hai na ladkiyon ko jawab dene ke liye.”
Speaking of her kaleshi nature, Sorab said, “Kaleshi matlab aisi bhi kaleshi nahi hai yaar. Dil ki bahut saaf hai woh. Woh jaise ko taisa wali hai. Agar tum usko ek karoge toh woh dus karegi. Woh aisi nahi hai ki doosra gaal aage kar degi.”
