Rankins is signing a two-year contract with the Texans, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports. The pact includes $12MM in guarantees. Rankins will likely be counted on to stay a key presence on the team’s elite defense moving forward consequently of today’s news. A median annual value of “well over” $6MM is present on this latest pact, per KPRC2’s Aaron Wilson.
