“Setbacks Made Me Stronger”: Sanju Samson
Sanju Samson expressed gratitude for having the ability to contribute to Team India’s success within the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, especially after making a robust comeback from a series of failures against Latest Zealand earlier this yr within the T20Is. While subtly referring to himself as an alchemist for turning setbacks into success, he told ANI:
“I’m trained to take a look at situations in a positive manner from my childhood days. I generally feel that every one the pain, all of the setbacks have made me much stronger, and that’s the only reason why I could do what I did. I feel that every one the pain, setbacks, and disappointments in life and in my profession, if used positively, may be an ideal strength in your life. That’s what happened, and I’m very grateful.”
“It was like a dream. I used to be courageous enough to have this dream. I would like to win it for my country. I would like to contribute in such a way that it becomes what it’s now. I’m very glad and feeling very blessed.”
