While Hansika did in a roundabout way address the divorce, many fans interpreted her message as a mirrored image of her current mindset within the wake of her separation. Neither Hansika nor Sohael has publicly spoken about their breakup to this point.

About Hansika Motwanni-Sohael Khaturiya’s Marriage
Hansika and Sohael tied the knot on December 4, 2022, in a grand wedding at Mundota Fort in Jaipur. Their celebration garnered widespread attention on social media, with fans sharing quite a few photos and videos from the opulent ceremony. Their love story began with a proposal on the Eiffel Tower in Paris in November 2022. Hansika shared on Instagram with the caption, “Now and without end,” officially making their relationship public.
Nonetheless, rumours about trouble of their marriage began circulating in 2025. Hansika discreetly deleted several wedding photos and pictures featuring Sohael from her social media accounts. Reports later indicated that the couple had been living individually since July 2024. In accordance with Hansika’s lawyer, Adnan Shaikh, they filed for divorce by mutual consent. Hansika opted not to hunt any alimony or maintenance as a part of the settlement.

On the skilled front, Hansika was last seen within the 2024 film Guardian, directed by Sabari and Guru Saravanan. The movie also featured Suresh Chandra Menon and Sriman in key roles and received mixed reviews upon release.
