In a second video, Frankel said she was “on the mend” and for followers to expect an update. On March 15, Frankel discussed her “scarface” at length.

“Things do occur in life. Accidents occur,” she said, noting that her face has been healing. She went on to say it’s “deplorable” that nobody from the brand had reached out after seeing her videos, though she did admit to receiving a refund.

Nurse Jamie took to social media with a video on March 15, claiming that the team “attempted” to contact Frankel 4 times via social media comments and DMs.
