All concerned parties have been directed to seem before the National Commission for Women on March 24 with the vital documentation. The Commission has warned that failure to comply may result in legal motion.

ANI reported that a lawyer has filed a petition with the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). This motion was done to hunt a direct ban and removal of the song, citing concerns that its lyrics and visuals are obscene and potentially harmful to minors. Moreover, a criminal grievance has been lodged with the Delhi Police Cyber Cell regarding the song.
KD: The Devil is scheduled to release in theatres on April 30.
