A Spanish bodybuilder who was once Mister Universe is reportedly fighting for his life in a hospital after suffering a heart attack.
Police and paramedics attended to the Majorcan home of Luis Antonio Vidal Butler yesterday evening just after 7pm.
Emergency responders spent around 90 minutes reviving the 57-year-old on the property in Cala Major, Palma, after discovering he had entered cardiac arrest.
His partner reportedly dialled 999 after he began to feel tightness in his chest after which began coughing before collapsing.
Local press says he has been admitted to an intensive care unit at Son Espases Hospital within the Majorcan capital, and he’s in critical condition.

The famous bodybuilder, who has greater than 25,000 followers on Instagram, fell ailing just hours after publishing footage of a gym workout.
The Madrid-born strongman, son of legendary Spanish sports journalist Miguel Vidal Perello, won prestigious European and world competitions as a bodybuilder, becoming Mister Universe at the peak of his profession.
He became a content creator lately, coping with issues reminiscent of fitness and healthy lifestyles in addition to politics and arrange his own YouTube channel. He called himself PitbullButler online.
Majorca-based Ivonne Moll Siles reacted to news of his admission to hospital by writing on social media: ‘Improve soon my friend. You might be a fantastic person.’
Renna Chaves added: ‘Sending you a whole lot of strength. I do know God will provide help to get out of this.’
