The Recent York Rangers are celebrating their Centennial season within the NHL. And their latest loss to the Ottawa Senators saw them hit a significant low point.
The Rangers only lost by a rating of 2-1. Nonetheless, the rating was relatively kind to Recent York. The hosts on Monday night didn’t put up much of a fight in any respect. In reality, they were held to only nine shots on goal all the game. This ties a franchise record for fewest shots in a game, in keeping with SNY Rangers.
This can be a big win for the Senators. Ottawa is now just two points out of a playoff spot despite a rough begin to the 12 months. They’re in direct competition with the Detroit Red Wings, Recent York Islanders, and Boston Bruins for a Wild Card berth.
