Mohamed Salah’s next club is uncertain…
Shortly after Salah’s exit was announced, the Egypt international’s agent, Ramy Abbas, insisted that his next move stays unknown.
‘We have no idea where Mohamed will play next season. This also implies that nobody else knows,’ Abbas posted on X.
After joining Liverpool in a £43.9 million deal from Roma in 2017, Salah has helped the club win two Premier League titles, the Champions League, the Club World Cup, the UEFA Super Cup, the FA Cup and two Carabao Cups.
Salah has scored 255 goals in 435 appearances for Liverpool which puts him third on the Reds’ all-time leading goalscorers chart behind Roger Hunt (285) and Ian Rush (346).
This season, the Egypt international has struggled for consistency, scoring 10 goals in 33 appearances.
In December, Salah launched a scathing attack on Liverpool, claiming that the club had ‘thrown me under the bus’ and suggested he had no relationship with manager Arne Slot.
