His Family Was NOT Feeling The Comedy Dream
Druski is perhaps making tens of millions laugh now, but back then? His family was not here for it. Coming from a structured household with a pilot dad and a mom who worked on the CDC, expectations were very different. So when he dropped out of Georgia Southern University after just two semesters to pursue comedy, let’s just say it didn’t go over well. He even admitted within the Tamron Hall interview that his mom used to cry over it—and his grandma? Whew, she allegedly threatened to chop him off financially.
Druski Was Roommates With Odell Beckham Jr.
At one point, Druski casually lived with Odell Beckham Jr.! The 2 frolicked together in Los Angeles, and in accordance with Druski, it wasn’t just vibes—it was workouts, discipline, and game. OBJ even said Druski brings unmatched energy to any room.
“It was an excellent scenario for me, truthfully, because I used to be in a position to live free of charge. I had a chef, we had cleansing ladies coming on a regular basis and doing my laundry,” Druski said. “They’d me on every kind of meal plans and stuff…I feel the cook don’t like me though…I kept asking for an excessive amount of.”
The dream life got here with one catch: he may need been a bit of too extra.
