Baldoni’s lawyers have also expressed their satisfaction with the recent development while restating their commitment to seeing the case through in court.

“We’re more than happy the court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and each claim brought against the person defendants: Justin Baldoni, Jamey Heath, Steve Sarowitz, Melissa Nathan, and Jennifer Abel,” lawyers Alexandra Shapiro and Jonathan Bach told the Every day Mail.

“These were very serious allegations, and we’re grateful to the court for its careful review of the facts, law, and voluminous evidence that was provided,” they continued.

The lawyers added, “What’s left is a significantly narrowed case, and we stay up for presenting our defense to the remaining claims in court.”
