Jiri Prochazka: You’ve gotten to respect the athletes within the cage

Jean Silva picked up a unanimous decision win over Arnold Allen throughout the first UFC card of 2026.

Nevertheless, the featherweight contender was accused of ‘unsportsmanlike conduct’ after jumping on and off his opponent’s back in the ultimate moments of their UFC 324 clash.

Jiri Prochazka expressed his dislike of Jean Silva’s actions during a recent conversation with Arman Tsarukyan N3on, and Adin Ross.

“I saw anyone who jumped off one other opponent’s back,” the UFC 327 headliner said.

“When you have got the time for these silly things, fight higher. End it and be the winner.

“Don’t do these silly things within the cage. You’ve gotten to respect the athletes within the cage.”

UFC 327 takes a late hit

Jiri Prochazka will try and turn out to be a two-time light heavyweight champion at UFC 327 on April 11.

The 33-year-old will face Carlos Ulberg for the 205lb title that Alex Pereira recently made vacant.

A flyweight title fight between Joshua Van and Tatsuro Taira was speculated to co-headline next Saturday’s card.

Unfortunately, Van got injured and their championship bout was moved back to UFC 328 on May 9.

Paulo Costa‘s fight with number six-ranked light heavyweight Azamat Murzakanov has been elevated into the co-main event slot.
