Teddy Sheringham has predicted which club Marcus Rashford shall be playing for next season and claims the Manchester United forward ‘didn’t deserve’ his ‘unbelievable’ move to Barcelona.

Rashford sealed a dream move to Barca last summer after United sanctioned a second successive loan for the 28-year-old winger.

Nou Camp bosses have been impressed by Rashford’s impact, with the England international scoring 11 goals and making nine assists.

Rashford remodeled 400 appearances for boyhood club Manchester United but fell out of favour under former manager Ruben Amorim.

After spending the second-half of last season on loan at Aston Villa, Rashford moved to Barcelona in the summertime.

Sheringham says Rashford’s form didn’t warrant a move to the Nou Camp but believes he’ll earn a everlasting transfer to Barca after doing ‘thoroughly’ this season.

Asked if Rashford could return to Old Trafford this summer given the change in manager, Sheringham told BestBettingSites: ‘I don’t think it’s concerning the managers — it’s more about what Marcus desires to do.
