Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jiri Prochazka takes his profession very seriously.

The UFC 327 headliner is legendary for putting himself through the wringer ahead of his fights.

Jiri Prochazka lives by one rule that he believes everyone in MMA must follow or retire.

Who wins the UFC 327 principal event?

Jiri Prochazka is unsure about Conor McGregor’s comeback

Conor McGregor is the most important star in the game, but he hasn’t fought since July 2021.

A broken leg originally sidelined ‘Notorious’, who has been fully fit for several years.

McGregor opted to enjoy a lifetime of luxury as an alternative of returning to the Octagon — until now.

It’s rumored that the previous dual-weight champion will fight for the primary time in five years this summer.

Prochazka, who was once a fan of McGregor, is unsure what to anticipate when the Irishman returns.

‘BJP’ insists McGregor must fully commit to MMA and prove that he still has what it takes to compete at the best level.

“I actually liked to observe Conor McGregor when he believed in himself, and he was in the proper mood,” Prochazka said during a recent live stream with Adin Ross.

He added when asked if McGregor can return to his former glory: “Who knows? He has to prove that. He has to indicate that.

“On this game, there’s one rule. You might be on top, burning, firing, and you may shine, or stay back. That’s the rule.”

CHANGE MY MIND: Conor McGregor is the UFC’s best legend

Dana White’s latest Conor McGregor update

Conor McGregor has been uncharacteristically quiet on social media for the past week.

The 37-year-old has kept a low profile since Dana White provided a positive update on his comeback.

“Possibly,” the UFC CEO said when asked if McGregor is fighting in July last month.

White added: “Nothing’s done. Nothing’s even remotely near being done.

“I’m [optimistic]. I used to be pretty optimistic at the tip of last 12 months.

“So, at the tip of last 12 months and going into this 12 months, I’m still confident.”
