Lindsie Chrisley was allegedly strangled by her boyfriend, David Landsman, in keeping with a brand new report. Landsmand was taken into custody on the Cherokee County jail within the Peach State in early April 2026, in keeping with TMZ. The person was charged with one count of aggravated assault-strangulation.
An insider told the outlet that Landsman allegedly went “berserk” after Lindsie confronted him about an alleged lie he had told. Once law enforcement arrived on the scene, they noticed visible injuries on Lindsie.

Landsman’s alleged assault comes weeks after he garnered attention for posting Lindsie’s hand with an engagement ring on it to his Instagram Stories. Landsman even tagged Lindsie’s reality TV titan father, Todd, and asked for his permission to have his child’s “hand in marriage.”
Based on The Blast, Lindsie has been at odds along with her family for years, largely because of Todd and his wife Julie Chrisley’s legal troubles.
Most recently, Todd slammed Lindsie, alongside his son, Chase, and wife, on an episode of their “Chrisley Confessions” podcast.
“It’s unlucky that we’ve to stand up to this again, and we’ve to start out addressing the identical sht- that we’ve addressed for six years or longer,” he said.
Julie shared the same statement, calling the drama “unlucky” before saying she wasn’t a fan of the family drama. “I don’t like for there to be tension on this family,” she added.
Lindsie Chrisley Feuded With Younger Sister Savannah After Family Drama

The family chaos reached a boiling point in 2025 when Lindsie’s younger sister, Savannah Chrisley, was seen screaming at the previous during an episode of their show, “Back to Reality.”
Savannah got real about being betrayed by her family within the trailer before telling Lindsie, who hosts the “Southern Tea” podcast, to “lose our last name.”
“I mean, your blood will screw you over than a stranger definitely will,” Savannah and Lindise’s younger brother, Grayson, added.
Before that, Lindsie made waves when she revealed she’d considered dropping her last name because of the family’s ongoing controversy.
“For a very long time, I very much battled with carrying my maiden last name, and with me carrying that last name got here public association,” she said.
“And I do think it’s fair to say that contrary to what some people consider, the Chrisley last name, while it did start with [reality show] Chrisley Knows Best — and all of us collectively were doing that project together — outside of that, that last name didn’t create income or opportunity for me,” she added.
Savannah Believed Her Brother, Chase, Would Die

The madness within the Chrisley family doesn’t just concern Lindsie. Chase feuded with Savannah on their reality series as well, in keeping with The Blast.
Within the superteaser, Savannah got emotional while opening up about her brother’s alleged drinking problem.
“Chase just isn’t Chase. Like, it’s literally like a blank shell,” she revealed before saying he needed skilled help.
Savannah explained that she was concerned her brother would die if he didn’t reign in his issues.
“There’s a component of me that’s so afraid that he’s going to die,” she said, revealing she didn’t wish to “have a relationship with him” due to frightening reality.
Chase Was Arrested In January 2025

Savannah’s candid confession got here months after Chase was arrested for allegedly slapping a bar owner in Atlanta.
The bar manager claimed the truth star displayed aggressive behavior in his establishment, prompting him to ask Chase to depart.
Chase was later arrested and charged with easy battery after reportedly hurling a chair, and he later posted $10,000 bond.
Chase denied the allegations and maintained his innocence in an interview after his arrest, adding, “I didn’t slap that dude in Atlanta.”
He added, “That didn’t occur. If I used to be [going to] put my hand on any individual, I might get my money’s price. I wouldn’t just get a slap.”
