Sunrisers Hyderabad opener Abhishek Sharma was in top form as he smashed Vijaykumar Vyshak for 4 sixes in a single over during their IPL 2026 match against Punjab Kings. The left-hander brought up his fifty in only 18 balls in Mullanpur on Saturday, April 11.
After being sent in to bat first, Abhishek and Travis Head began aggressively right from the start. SRH raced to 60 runs in only 4 overs, putting pressure on bowlers like Xavier Bartlett, Marco Jansen and Arshdeep Singh, who couldn’t make much impact.
Captain Shreyas Iyer tried changing the bowlers, nevertheless it didn’t help. Abhishek welcomed the brand new bowler with an enormous six over covers. After one dot ball, he smashed two more sixes to finish his half-century after which ended the over with one other six.
