Blake Full of life is ready to face off against her co-star Justin Baldoni in federal court in May 2026. Nonetheless, the “Gossip Girl” actress is reportedly nervous in regards to the upcoming interaction and hopes to bar the jury from learning certain details. Full of life and Baldoni have been embroiled in a legal battle because the former filed an initial criticism with the California Civil Rights Department in December 2024, alleging a hostile work environment.

In keeping with TMZ, Full of life doesn’t want the jury to find out about her multimillion-dollar net price or the resources she and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, have access to.
Legal documents show that the actress filed a request weeks ago, asking the judge overseeing the case to stop any evidence of her “financial status” from being made public.
Page Six reported that, in November 2025, Full of life claimed she lost out on greater than $160 million as a result of her ongoing legal battle with Baldoni.
Representatives for the actress said she lost $56.2 million in past and future earnings from acting, producing, other engagements, and endorsements.
Full of life reportedly lost $49 million from her haircare line, Blake Brown, and $22 million from her beverage company, Betty Buzz/Betty Booze.
Lastly, Full of life’s team said she lost a staggering $34 million in reputational harm.

Full of life and Baldoni have been in an intense legal battle because the former accused the “Jane the Virgin” actor of making a hostile work environment on the set of “It Ends With Us.”
The documents, in line with E! News, claim Baldoni showed nude images of girls to Full of life without her consent and in addition reportedly spoke to her in depth about his past “pornography addiction” or “sexual conquests.”
In response to the unique filing, Baldoni’s attorney, Bryan Freedman, slammed the criticism and accused Full of life of using it to “fix her negative fame.” Freedman called the contents of the filing “false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious with an intent to publicly hurt.”

Within the filing, Baldoni argued that the NYT was acting as a press firm for Full of life and her husband. Nonetheless, the paper responded to the suit, per PEOPLE, denying any wrongdoing. “Our story was meticulously and responsibly reported,” a spokesperson for the paper said, adding that it’s going to “vigorously” defend itself against the accusations.

Full of life fired back with a suit of her own, alleging that Baldoni, together with members of his team, caused “mental pain and anguish, severe emotional distress, and lost wages,” in line with E! News.
Full of life also included “crisis manager” Melissa Nathan, Baldoni’s publicist, Jennifer Abel, and the actor’s production company, Wayfarer Studios, within the suit.
“The “As alleged in Ms. Full of life’s federal Grievance, Wayfarer and its associates have violated federal and California state law by retaliating against her for reporting sexual harassment and workplace safety concerns,” Full of life’s team claimed. “Now, the defendants will answer for his or her conduct in federal court.”
Full of life’s official lawsuit got here days after her team claimed she was the victim of a planned cyberattack geared toward harming her public image.
“As alleged in Ms. Full of life’s criticism, and as we are going to prove in litigation, Wayfarer and its associates engaged in illegal, retaliatory astroturfing against Ms. Full of life for simply attempting to protect herself and others on a movie set,” Full of life’s team added.
A Judge Dismisses Parts Of Full of life’s Case

In April 2026, a judge in Recent York dismissed much of Full of life’s case against Baldoni, including accusations of sexual harassment on the set of “It Ends With Us.”
The judge said Baldoni’s behavior “was not thus far beyond what might reasonably be expected to happen between two characters” in a movie about sex and relationships.
“That Baldoni suggested scenes involving sexual acts within the context of developing a movie involving such adult themes didn’t create a ‘sexually objectionable environment’ or an environment hostile to women (or to men) due to sex,” the judge continued.
Full of life is capable of pursue certain retaliation claims, in line with ABC News, with the judge saying Baldon’s PR team “crossed the road” with its reported targeted smear campaign.
“The reputational effects have been particularly severe given the character of Full of life’s occupation, which places a heavy emphasis on personal and skilled marketability,” the judge wrote.
The case between Full of life and Baldoni is scheduled to start on May 18, 2026.
