Former \u201cReal Housewives of Salt Lake City<\/strong>\u201d star Jen Shah<\/strong> recently broke her silence on where she stands with Mary Cosby<\/strong>. The pair feuded incessantly on the primary two seasons of the Bravo reality series. Nevertheless, their relationship stalled after Shah was imprisoned in February 2023. In her first interview since her release, Shah opened up about her reported crimes and her relationship with a lot of her former co-stars. <\/p>\n

Shah and Cosby have a sophisticated history, as documented in earlier episodes of \u201cRHOSLC.\u201d Despite the past, Shah recently told PEOPLE<\/a> that she decided to succeed in out to Cosby privately after learning her son passed away at 23. <\/p>\n

\u201cI felt like that was the respectful thing to do, so I mailed her a card and just told her how deeply sorry that I used to be to listen to concerning the passing of Robert Jr., and that she\u2019s in my family\u2019s prayers day by day,\u201d Shah said. <\/p>\n

In line with a report from The Blast, Robert Cosby Jr. was pronounced dead in Salt Lake City in February 2026 after police responded to a call of a possible overdose. <\/p>\n

Several \u201cReal Housewives\u201d stars publicly showed their support for Cosby. Shah, nonetheless, said that she reached out to Cosby privately for a particular reason. <\/p>\n

Elsewhere during her latest interview, Shah spoke out about her experience behind bars. <\/p>\n

For those unfamiliar, the previous reality star was sentenced to just about eight years in prison in the summertime of 2022 after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud. <\/p>\n

US Attorneys claimed Shah was the mastermind behind a large telemarketing scheme that defrauded elderly and other vulnerable victims. <\/p>\n

In prison, Shah said she was required to walk around with a pink card, likened to a \u201cscarlet letter,\u201d informing others that she was a high-profile inmate. <\/p>\n

\u201cI needed to carry it around and check in with officers every two hours,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

While behind bars at FPC Bryan in Texas, Shah said she met many fans of the \u201cReal Housewives\u201d franchise.<\/p>\n

\u201cListen, it was like a BravoCon meet and greet once I got there,\u201d she said. \u201cLiterally.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI didn\u2019t know that there have been so many fans there,\u201d Shah continued. \u201cI had people coming as much as me, saying, \u2018Hi, I\u2019m the President of the Salt Lake City fan club out of Louisiana.\u201d<\/p>\n

When Shah first entered, though, the prison staff needed to remove Bravo from the TVs due to the extra attention it drew to her. <\/p>\n

\u201cThat they had taken Bravo off all of the TVs since it was drawing plenty of attention,\u201d she said. \u201cBut after a number of months, they put it back on\u2026 and it was just mayhem from then on.\u201d<\/p>\n

During her interview, Shah got candid about how she found herself at the middle of the legal battle that sent her to prison. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s an extended and a really complex journey that brought me so far,\u201d she revealed concerning the matter. \u201cAnd without re-litigating it, I became involved within the case because I made horrible business decisions and I disregarded huge red flags. I allowed the lines to be blurred between personal friendships and ethical business practices.
