\u201cAnna has several members of the family who’ve strongly encouraged her to depart Josh,\u201d a source tells Us Weekly<\/em>. \u201cIt has been very difficult to have those conversations because Anna has at all times been so supportive of Josh, however the family felt that they’d to let her know their thoughts.\u201d<\/p>\n

The insider notes that Anna\u2019s family members \u201care not looking for to lose their relationship along with her, so that they attempt to let her know what they think while also remaining supportive members of the family.\u201d<\/p>\n

Her family\u2019s disapproval is just the tip of the iceberg with regards to what Anna has endured since Josh\u2019s 2021 conviction.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt’s a nightmare for Anna that she can be coping with for a lot of, a few years to come back,\u201d the source says of the scandal\u2019s aftermath. \u201cThe one positive thing immediately is that he’s out of the image [while in jail].\u201d<\/p>\n

Anna \u2014 who shares children Mackynzie, Michael, Marcus, Meredith, Mason, Maryella and Madyson along with her 38-year-old husband\u2014 is attempting to concentrate on the positives in her life while Josh serves greater than 12 years in prison.<\/p>\n

\u201cAnna has worked very, very hard to get to where she is immediately,\u201d the insider explains. \u201cShe will not be living with the Duggars and has begun to establish her own life.\u201d (Anna, 37, was reportedly living on the Duggar compound in Arkansas as recently as last 12 months.)<\/p>\n

As Anna has distanced herself from the Duggars, she is \u201cbecoming independent and gaining strength,\u201d the source tells Us<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe has worked very hard to be strong and to remain out of the news and rebuild her life to a level,\u201d the insider adds.<\/p>\n

Unlike lots of her in-laws, Anna doesn’t have her own personal social media account, helping to maintain her life as distant from the highlight as possible.<\/p>\n

Anna does, nonetheless, periodically post on her dog breeding business Instagram account, Golden Grove Pups.<\/p>\n

Josh was arrested in April 2021 for receiving and possessing child pornography. While Josh has maintained his innocence, he was found guilty in December of that very same 12 months and sentenced in May 2022 to 151 months in prison. He\u2019s scheduled to be released on December 23, 2032.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Anna and Josh\u2019s kids] are her No. 1 priority and that can never change,\u201d a source exclusively told Us<\/em> in June 2022 following his conviction. \u201cShe\u2019s with them on a regular basis.
