PGA Tour star Jason Day<\/strong> didn’t mince words about Tiger Woods<\/strong> following the golf superstar\u2019s DUI arrest last month.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAfter I take a look at that, I’m going, \u2018He\u2019s only a human being like everyone else and now we have struggles.\u2019 The one thing that I don\u2019t understand is that it\u2019s somewhat bit selfish of him to drive and put other people in harm\u2019s way, as well,\u201d Day, 38, told reporters<\/a> on the Masters Tournament on Monday, April 6.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cBut whenever you\u2019re the player that he was and the way strong-willed he’s, he thinks he can do almost anything. That\u2019s probably why he\u2019s probably driving and somewhat bit under the influence.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Day called Woods \u2014 who was arrested in Jupiter Island, Florida, on March 27 \u2014 his \u201chero growing up,\u201d which made things extra complicated to process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tEven before his second DUI arrest on Friday, March 27, Tiger Woods\u2019 driving privileges were reportedly restricted when it got here to President Donald Trump\u2019s grandchildren. Woods, 50, is currently dating Vanessa Trump, the ex-wife of Donald Trump Jr., with whom Vanessa, 48, shares five children: daughters Kai, 18, and Chloe, 11, and sons Donny, 17, [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThe rationale why I play golf is for this reason tournament and Tiger,\u201d he explained. \u201cIt\u2019s hard to see him going through what he\u2019s going through, especially under the microscope. It have to be hard to be who he’s and have everyone looking form of down on him. Some people want him to fail, some people obviously want him to succeed. It\u2019s really difficult for me to undergo that and watch him.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Day added, \u201cI do know that he\u2019s getting the assistance now, which is nice. I just hope he comes out on the opposite side and is best.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Woods\u2019 private jet was seen landing in Switzerland on Friday, April 3, where he plans on undergoing treatment. On the time of his arrest, Woods had had two hydrocodone pills in his pocket and his eyes were \u201cbloodshot and glassy,\u201d in keeping with an arrest warrant obtained by Us Weekly<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tFormer Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly is criticizing Tiger Woods for seemingly reaching out to President Donald Trump amid his recent DUI arrest. \u201cTiger, which didn\u2019t kick things off on an excellent note, we now know \u2014 due to TMZ, which got the body cam from the officer, the footage \u2014 he called President Trump,\u201d [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cIt just shows the human element and the human side of somebody that’s scuffling with some form of an addiction,\u201d Day said of Woods. \u201cHe\u2019s not proof against it simply because he can hit a golf ball very well. He\u2019s had 25 to 30-something surgeries, and whenever you\u2019re going through that many procedures, it\u2019s painful coming out of those procedures. I\u2019ve had procedures done and I typically try to avoid all that stuff because I do know there can potentially be a downfall to it.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
