Jen Affleck<\/strong> got emotional while sharing a life update.<\/p>\n

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives<\/em> star, 26, opened as much as her followers about moving for \u201cthe fifth time in a 12 months\u201d via TikTok<\/a> on Monday, April 6.<\/p>\n

\u201cWithin the last two to 3 years, a lot has happened,\u201d Jen explained. \u201cBetween two babies, reality TV show, Dancing With the Stars,<\/em> moving, identity, faith, life crisis, I\u2019m very looking forward to this next chapter of my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Through tears, Jen explained that she doesn\u2019t \u201crecognize\u201d parts of herself.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jen Affleck admitted to struggling throughout 2024 amid speculation about her marriage to Zac Affleck. Jen, 25, took to TikTok on Tuesday, December 31, to share a video of her crying, which she captioned, \u201cThe toughest 12 months of my life. But one that may endlessly change me and [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cThere are parts of me that I feel like have healed, after which there are parts of me where old patterns have shown back up,\u201d she explained. \u201cI\u2019ve been hoping through my vulnerability that I will help heal myself. I\u2019m hoping that on this next chapter of my life I can find my faith again \u2026 while also holding space for who I’m at my core and never trying to alter that.\u201d<\/p>\n

Jen went on to share that she got married at 19 and was pregnant one 12 months later. \u201cI actually haven\u2019t had time to work out who Jen is,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m still attempting to figure that out. I just desperately need to have the ability to point out up for my kids and show up as one of the best version of myself.\u201d (Jen shares kids Nora, 4, Luca, 2, and Penny, 9 months, with husband Zac Affleck<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n

Jen also shared that as an alternative of taking a break from social media, she desires to \u201cshare\u201d her \u201cvulnerable\u201d side. \u201cThis is just not easy for me. This is de facto hard,\u201d she added, before noting that she was going to begin packing up her house.<\/p>\n
