In keeping with court documents obtained by <em>Us<\/em>, Sia, 50, began the monthly payments on April 1 and can proceed to pay the five-figure arrangement until Somersault turns 18.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to child support, Sia can pay for her son\u2019s private school tuition, mutually agreed extracurricular activities, medical health insurance and mutually agreed uninsured health costs, per the documents.<\/p>\n<p>Sia and Bernad will share joint legal custody of their son from May, in keeping with the docs, and can split holidays. Sia may have Somersault on Mother\u2019s Day, Easter and at Christmas. Bernad may have the infant on Father\u2019s Day and various Jewish holidays, including Yom Kippur, Passover and Hanukkah. Per the docs, Bernad said he\u2019d been out of labor since April 2025, when he \u201creceived a letter from Sia\u2019s company providing me with notice that it might be terminating her funding\u201d of their company, Modern Medicine. Bernad claimed he was living on \u201cmonthly payments from Sia\u201d that expired in October 2025.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI even have no income, no real property, no retirement and little or no funds in my checking account. I cannot maintain this litigation with out a significant contribution by Sia toward my attorneys\u2019 fees and forensic accounting fees.
