Talking about what success really means and why keeping it’s harder than reaching it, Arjun Bijlani says, \u201cMaintaining success is unquestionably harder. It requires consistency and constant effort.\u201d <\/em>He believes that reaching a milestone is very important, but the true challenge starts afterward. Elaborating on it, he says, \u201c(After success) people expect more from you, and you have got to maintain proving yourself time and again. That\u2019s what makes consistency difficult.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Throughout the interaction, Arjun also states that the pressure after success is bigger than the struggle before it. He says, \u201cYes, because when you achieve something, there\u2019s all the time pressure to match it or do even higher the following time.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n When asked how he balances ambition and consistency, Arjun shares his approach \u2013 \u201cI give attention to giving my best every single day as an alternative of overthinking the outcomes.\u201d <\/em>While adding that staying present helps him manage pressure, Arjun also admits there have been over and over in his profession when staying consistent was harder than reaching an enormous milestone. He says, \u201cYes, over and over. Staying consistent needs more discipline than achieving one big success.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n For Arjun, long-term success is straightforward to define. \u201cConsistent performance all the time defines long-term success. One hit is great, but consistency is what builds a profession.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n Arjun\u2019s practical mindset and powerful work ethic keep him focused on regular growth.
