Big Mistakes<\/em> marks creator Dan Levy<\/strong>\u2018s first show since Schitt\u2019s Creek<\/em> \u2014 but what’s it about?<\/p>\n

Created by Levy and Rachel Sennott<\/strong>, Big Mistakes<\/em> is dark crime-comedy series that focuses on two \u201cdeeply incapable\u201d siblings. Nicky (Levy) is a suburban Latest Jersey pastor while and Morgan (Taylor Ortega<\/strong>) is an impulsive teacher, who get embroiled within the criminal underworld after stealing a diamond necklace that belongs to against the law syndicate.<\/p>\n

The Netflix series, which premiered in April, also stars Laurie Metcalf, Jack Innanen, Boran Kuzum<\/strong> and Abby Quinn.<\/strong> Big Mistakes<\/em> is Levy\u2019s second original scripted series after the Emmy-winning sitcom Schitt\u2019s Creek<\/em>. In the long run, Annette (Elizabeth Perkins) is revealed to be the one calling the shots while Morgan and Nicky\u2019s lives are rocked by the experience.<\/p>\n

Before Big Mistakes, Levy was involved with Schitt\u2019s Creek<\/em>. The Canadian production, which was originally on CBC, became successful when the primary three seasons began streaming on Netflix. Three more seasons were released, which earned Schitt\u2019s Creek 19 Emmy nominations. Following the 2020 series finale, creators Eugene Levy<\/strong> and Dan have often been asked a couple of potential revival.<\/p>\n
