Over the past decade, Jiri Prochazka has only suffered losses to 2 men.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Three of the previous champion\u2019s six profession defeats, five of which have been knockouts, have are available in UFC title fights.<\/p>\n

Din Thomas questions Jiri Prochazka\u2019s ability to deliver in big moments following UFC 327 loss<\/h2>\n

Jiri Prochazka blamed showing Carlos Ulberg mercy as the explanation he wasn\u2019t in a position to finish his opponent despite his significantly compromised leg.<\/p>\n

In the course of the UFC\u2019s \u2018On the Road\u2019<\/a> show, analysts Chael Sonnen and Din Thomas each disagreed with this narrative.<\/p>\n

Thomas went one step further by stating that Prochazka won’t be the type of fighter who rises to the occasion in the most important of moments.<\/p>\n

\u201cI would like to say this with as much respect as I possibly can, and that is going to sound really bad,\u201d he said. \u201cNevertheless it almost to me is he\u2019s type of a choke artist in the large moments.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sonnen backed up this point, arguing that there was lots of pressure on Prochazka on account of this not being his first shot at reclaiming the sunshine heavyweight title.<\/p>\n

That being said, we\u2019ve seen Prochazka record a few of the very best wins of his profession when fights aren\u2019t going his way and his back is against the wall.<\/p>\n

The 33-year-old has at all times been a kill-or-be-killed form of fighter who may not have made the right decisions on Saturday night in Miami.<\/p>\n
