Michael Carrick claims Lisandro Martinez\u2019s red card against Leeds was certainly one of the worst refereeing decisions he has ever seen as he slammed the \u2018shocking\u2019 officiating.<\/p>\n

On the choices, Jamie Carragher had little sympathy for the criticism over the primary goal, defending Calvert-Lewin.<\/p>\n
