I\u2019ve beaten lymphoma. I\u2019ve beaten vocal chord cancer. I\u2019ve beaten lymph node cancer. I\u2019m four-for-four and I\u2019m fully confident I\u2019m going to make it five-for-five.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vitale added that he felt \u201ctruly overwhelmed by the love, support, prayers and messages\u201d he\u2019s received from family, friends, colleagues and fans.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTheir support has inspired me to maintain fighting and I&#8217;ll do all the pieces in my power to win one other battle,\u201d he wrote. \u201cThe perfect news I can share today is that this: I feel unbelievable.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vitale also shared that along with specializing in his cancer battle, he&#8217;s raising money for kids who&#8217;ve also been diagnosed with cancer and who likely don&#8217;t have the identical access to vital healthcare.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt 86 years young, I\u2019ve lived a hell of a life, and I\u2019m more motivated than ever to lift money for youths battling cancer,\u201d he reflected. \u201cNo child should ever should undergo what I\u2019ve experienced.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Vitale revealed that $105 million has been raised ahead of the gala for his Dick Vitale Gala on May 1.
