Eddie Hearn has convinced himself that he desires to box Dana White despite the potential consequences.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hearn sent a warning to White when showing off videos of him putting some work in on the gym following talks of the 2 promoters meeting within the ring.<\/p>\n

Eddie Hearn accepts Dana White\u2019s callout and says they\u2019ll make $30 million each in boxing clash<\/h2>\n

Dana White has been dismissive of the potential of him facing Eddie Hearn in a boxing match for several reasons.<\/p>\n

The UFC president recently said that while Turki Alalshikh has tried to make it occur, he\u2019s recurrently referred to his fellow promoter as a \u201cp\u2014-\u201d and that they’d be the primary fight of the night resulting from their skill levels.<\/p>\n

Hearn recently responded to this by saying that they\u2019d each earn $30 million for this fight and that the recent talks have began to get him excited concerning the prospect of it actually happening.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe might make 30 million each,\u201d he said via The Ariel Helwani Show<\/a>. \u201cSo, I\u2019m throughout it. So, stick me in, put my name down, find me a pair of shorts and I\u2019ll travel. He called me out, I accept.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hearn also admitted that he was barely impressed by the footage he\u2019s seen of White, but his growing excitement and the paycheck attached has got him willing to \u201csee who the p\u2014- is.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m very limited but I\u2019ll have a right go, I\u2019ll let you know. I\u2019ll get myself in good condition and I\u2019m a giant lump and I believe I\u2019ll knock him out,\u201d he continued. \u201cBut in addition, if I get knocked out and I make $30 million, it\u2019s not the saddest day on the planet and other people would find it quite amusing.\u201d \u00a0<\/p>\n

One factor working against Hearn is that this isn\u2019t the primary time in recent times someone has tried to get White to compete in a boxing match and failed.<\/p>\n

Dana White recalls Tito Ortiz attempting to make a boxing match occur in 2024<\/h2>\n

During his press conference<\/a> on Saturday, Dana White was asked about former UFC fighter Tito Ortiz attempting to put together a boxing match between them across the time that Jake Paul fought Mike Tyson.<\/p>\n

The UFC president couldn\u2019t remember the precise details but he did vaguely remember Lorenzo Fertitta (UFC CEO from 2001 to 2016) mentioning this to him.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou already know what, I believe Lorenzo did say something like that,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019m 50 f\u2014\u2014 six years old. I\u2019m gonna be 57 in July. I fight to get off the bed each day, okay.\u201d<\/p>\n

White and Ortiz previously got right into a fight on a plane following their long-standing rivalry.<\/p>\n
