Court documents obtained by Us<\/em> in April 2026 detail Lindsie Chrisley\u2019s account of the events resulting in boyfriend David Landsman\u2019s arrest in April 2026. She alleged the pair were at dinner when Landsman saw a photograph on her phone that he thought was of one other man and have become \u201cverbally aggressive.\u201d He reportedly \u201capologized for his behavior once he confirmed the photo was of himself\u201d but \u201cremained somewhat on edge for the remainder of the evening.\u201d<\/p>\n

After dinner, Chrisley went to Landsman\u2019s home and told him \u201cit will be best for her to step away from the connection in the interim\u201d because of \u201csome things currently happening\u201d in his life.<\/p>\n

In response to the filing, Landsman allegedly \u201cstrangled\u201d her \u201cmultiple times\u201d as she tried to depart. At one point, he reportedly strangled her \u201cwith one hand and held her up in order that her feet were off the bottom.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201c[Chrisley] punched [Landsman] near his eyebrow to get him to stop strangling her,\u201d the docs noted. \u201c[Landsman] grabbed [Chrisley] by the throat again and opened the door and threw her outside. [Chrisley] hit her head on the concrete. At this point, [Chrisley] was capable of leave [Landsman]\u2019s home.\u201d<\/p>\n

Landsman called law enforcement and made a report against Chrisley. When authorities went to her home, they found she \u201chad lacerations on her head from being thrown onto the bottom and noted marks on [Chrisley]\u2019s neck from being strangled,\u201d per her filing. The filing also alleged Landsman had strangled her \u201cmultiple other times\u201d and had \u201cbeen physically violent\u201d along with her son in a public setting.<\/p>\n

The protective order noted that Landsman is scheduled to look in court on May 6 to \u201cshow cause why the requests of [Chrisley] shouldn’t be granted.\u201d<\/p>\n

David Landsman\u2019s Custody Battle<\/h2>\n

Individually, court documents obtained by Us<\/em> in April 2026 revealed Lindsie Chrisley was previously pulled into David Landsman\u2019s custody battle along with his ex-wife, Lindsay Landsman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In a November 2025 filing, Lindsay accused David\u2019s \u201cgirlfriend\u201d of publicly disparaging her on a podcast and included screenshots from Chrisley\u2019s Instagram account as exhibits. While Lindsay didn’t mention Chrisley by name, she did include Instagram photos of the couple vacationing together.<\/p>\n

David denied all allegations and stated his \u201cgirlfriend has never disparaged\u201d his ex-wife.<\/p>\n
