\u201cReal Housewives of Miami<\/strong>\u201d star Lisa Hochstein<\/strong> was all smiles in the primary video of her after being released from the Miami-Dade County Jail. The fact star and her boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are facing one felony charge of interception of communication after her ex-husband, Lenny Hochstein<\/strong>, accused them of planting listening devices in his automobile in 2023. The pair were engaged in a contentious divorce battle when Lenny claimed he spotted a recording device within the floorboard of his Mercedes Benz. Now, things are getting even worse. <\/p>\n For those unfamiliar, Lisa turned herself in to the Miami-Dade County Jail in April 2026 after being hit with one felony charge, stemming from her allegedly spying on her ex-husband. <\/p>\n In the primary video of her after her release, the TV personality is all smiles as she hugs friends, including her fellow \u201cReal Housewives of Miami\u201d co-star Adrianna de Moura. <\/p>\n \t\t<\/p>\n The fact star was blasted with questions on the criminal charges; nevertheless, the mother of two didn’t comment on them specifically. <\/p>\n She did, nevertheless, share a message for her fans. \u201cI really like all of them. I really like all my fans. Thanks on your support,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n Based on a previous report from The Blast, Lisa and her boyfriend, Glidden, were accused of planting listening devices in Lenny\u2019s Mercedes Benz GLS 600 Maybach after loaning it to her to check drive. <\/p>\n Legal documents state that after Lenny received his vehicle back, he noticed a \u201csuspicious device\u201d taped to the driving force\u2019s-side floorboard. <\/p>\n \u201cIt was covered in tape which, upon learning the character of the device, the victim suspected was used to secure it under the seat and out of view,\u201d the warrant read.<\/p>\n Elsewhere within the legal documents, Lenny\u2019s lawyers claimed the recordings uncovered from the device \u201cdepicts Lisa Hochstein and Glidden holding a discussion and the distinct sound of a tool equivalent to the hidden recorder being wrestled into place.\u201d <\/p>\n Essentially the most dramatic part? Once Lenny turned the reported listening device in to the police, they recovered deleted recordings, one in all which allegedly depicted Lisa \u201cengaged in intimate activities.\u201d <\/p>\n The legal documents claim Lisa allegedly placed these devices in Lenny\u2019s automobile to \u201cunlawfully and intentionally\u201d gain access to details about their divorce. <\/p>\n Lenny, who married Lisa in October 2009, filed for divorce from the Bravolebrity in May 2022, citing \u201cirreconcilable differences.\u201d <\/p>\n Shortly after, Lenny was spotted with a brand new girl, Katharina Mazepa, prompting Lisa to release her own statement, saying she was \u201cblindsided\u201d by the news. <\/p>\n \u201cWith two young children involved, as a mom I\u2019m going to focus all of my energy and time on them,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n The pair finalized their divorce in November 2024, but during an episode of the \u201cTwo T\u2019s In A Pod\u201d show, Lisa said she and Lenny would at all times need to keep up some level of communication. <\/p>\n \u201c\u2026 the divorce isn’t really over when you could have kids,\u201d she said before saying they weren\u2019t in a \u201cgreat\u201d place. <\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t know if we’ll ever be friends,\u201d she added. \u201cMy goal is to only be a very good co-parent with him because ultimately, that\u2019s all I care about.\u201d<\/p>\nLisa Hochstein All Smiles In First Video Since Being Released From The Miami-Dade County Jail<\/h2>\n
