The UFC Octagon will land within the American capital this summer for a highly anticipated event on the White House lawn.<\/p>\n

Aiemann Zahabi confirms Sean O\u2019Malley fight at UFC White House will probably be a title eliminator<\/h2>\n

The ultimate undercard fight before the headlining title fights on the White House will see former bantamweight champion Sean O\u2019Malley face Aiemann Zahabi.<\/p>\n

The Canadian contender has gotten the nod to fight \u2018Suga\u2019 over Cory Sandhagen, who has accused O\u2019Malley of running from their fight.<\/p>\n

Zahabi has won seven fights in a row, and through a recent Q&A ahead of Saturday\u2019s UFC Winnipeg event, he recalled how the fight got here together and revealed confirmation of its status as a title eliminator.<\/p>\n

\u201cHunter Campbell called my brother Firas and asked how he thinks the fight would go, me versus Sean O\u2019Malley,\u201d Zahabi said.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe said, \u2018It\u2019s gonna be fireworks. They each fight as best they will they usually each show out each time they get a probability to fight within the Octagon.\u2019<\/p>\n

\u201cWe didn\u2019t get confirmation, so I didn\u2019t know that I had got it officially,\u201d he continued. \u201cI didn\u2019t know if it was gonna be me versus Sean O\u2019Malley on the White House or Cory Sandhagen.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe discover out similar to everybody else. They usually added that it was a title eliminator. So if I beat Sean O\u2019Malley, I\u2019m gonna be fighting Petr Yan for the title.\u201d<\/p>\n

The June 14 card did recently extend with the addition of Josh Hokit\u2019s heavyweight fight against Derrick Lewis.<\/p>\n

That bout was made on the request of President Donald Trump, who questioned Lewis\u2019 absence while attending UFC 327 in Miami last Saturday.<\/p>\n

Dana White has said the lineup is now finalized, unless Trump personally requests one other addition.<\/p>\n
