Paddy Pimblett didn\u2019t care that he was literally backstage at a Matchroom Boxing show when he picked a winner within the fantasy fight between Dana White and Eddie Hearn.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Fan favorite Pimblett has been with the UFC since 2021, and gets along famously along with his boss. So just moments after sitting ringside with Hearn for his friend Molly McCann\u2019s latest victory within the ring on the M&S Bank Arena last night, Pimblett didn\u2019t hesitate in backing White.<\/p>\n

It seems that the comical boxing match isn\u2019t going to occur, with Hearn insisting that White has backed out. However the pair\u2019s feud continues to heat up because the UFC boss continues his aggressive move into the game with Zuffa Boxing.<\/p>\n

Paddy Pimblett backs Dana White to KO Eddie Hearn<\/h2>\n

After watching Molly McCann placed on probably one of the best performance of her boxing profession on Saturday night in a raucous homecoming, Paddy Pimblett spoke to IFL TV backstage. He was asked concerning the fight between Dana White and Eddie Hearn, and was quick to support his boss.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not going to occur, Dana isn’t going to box Eddie,\u201d Pimblett made clear. \u201cI believe it\u2019s a little bit of a mad situation. Eddie\u2019s got the reach on him but Dana\u2019s my boss so I\u2019m backing Dana, he\u2019s going to spark him out. [Molly] goes to back Eddie, I\u2019m going to back Dana but it surely\u2019s not going to occur.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pimblett also noted that essentially the most intriguing a part of it’s the concept that two essentially geriatric novices in 46-year-old Hearn and 56-year-old White can be paid higher than any UFC fighter in the event that they did get within the ring.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the event that they fought one another they\u2019d receives a commission well greater than what the fighters are getting paid,\u201d he continued. \u201c$30 mill each? No boxer is getting that under Eddie Hearn, and no UFC is getting that for Dana.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019d earn more dough than their fighters fighting, that\u2019s the funniest thing. They usually\u2019ve each got nothing on any fighter we\u2019ve got. But you already know that\u2019s just the way in which the world works\u2026 It\u2019d be hilarious but firstly Dana is an MMA promoter and Eddie is a boxing promoter.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey\u2019re having a little bit of a mad spat on the minute and without being disrespectful to either of them it\u2019s very teenage girl-ish. But they\u2019ll recover from it, they\u2019re each going to find yourself being sweet so we crack on for now.\u201d<\/p>\n
