\n\tZayn Malik has canceled his upcoming appearances, including The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, <\/em>as he recovers from an undisclosed medical condition.<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Friday, the singer posted a photograph on Instagram\u00a0of himself lying in a hospital bed, wearing a hospital gown with tubes attached to his body.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cTo my fans \u2013 Thanks to all of you in your love & support now & always- been an extended week and am still unexpectedly recovering,\u201d he captioned the photo. \u201cHeartbroken that I can\u2019t see you all this week, I wouldn\u2019t be within the place I’m today without you guys and am so thankful in your understanding. Thanks to the incredible hospital staff of Drs, nurses, cardiologist, management, admin and everybody who has helped along the best way and proceed to. You’re all legends! Big big love xx z.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tOn Monday, People<\/em> reported<\/a> that Malik had pulled out of upcoming promotional appearances surrounding his recent album, Konnakol<\/em>, as he continues to recuperate.<\/p>\n

\n\tEarlier this month, he was booked as a guest on Tuesday\u2019s edition of The Tonight Show.<\/em> But updated listings for Tuesday\u2019s episode show that he\u2019s now not scheduled to look.<\/p>\n

\n\tTuesday\u2019s guests were originally planned to incorporate Malik because the night\u2019s musical guest, together with Nikki Glaser and Ella Stiller. The updated listing now features Glaser, Stiller, Jesse Tyler Ferguson and comedian Isabel Hagen because the night\u2019s scheduled guests.<\/p>\n

\n\tSources also suggested to People<\/em> that Malik will likely be pulling out of other planned promotional appearances, including fan meet-and-greets.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s still unclear what Malik is being treated for but People <\/em>cited a source saying the previous One Direction singer is searching for medical treatment from the \u201cNo. 1 cardiologist on the planet.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Hollywood Reporter <\/em>has reached out to a rep for Malik for comment.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
