Cher<\/strong> recently learned that she is a grandmother to a 15-year-old girl, in accordance with a brand new report.<\/p>\n

Kayti Edwards<\/strong>, the step-granddaughter of actress Julie Andrews<\/strong>, told The Sun<\/em><\/a> on Sunday, April 19, that she welcomed a daughter named Ever during her temporary romance with Cher\u2019s younger son, Elijah Blue Allman<\/strong>, in 2010.<\/p>\n

Edwards told the outlet that Allman, 49, was not involved with raising Ever because he \u201cnever desired to be a parent.\u201d The previous model further claimed that Allman told his now-estranged wife, Marieangela King<\/strong>, about his child with Edwards in 2021, which began \u201crumors\u201d inside the family. The hearsay allegedly reached Cher, 79, who contacted Edwards last yr.<\/p>\n

\u201cCher got in contact with me last June and asked if it was true, so I had to admit,\u201d Edwards claimed. \u201cShe said she had heard something about it from Elijah back in 2021 but didn\u2019t know if it was just crazy talk. When she heard the news, she was speechless.\u201d<\/p>\n

Edwards claimed Cher is \u201cstill processing the news\u201d but has began to form a relationship with Ever. The \u201cI Got You Babe\u201d singer even reportedly invited Edwards and Ever to spend the night together with her at her home in Malibu in September 2025.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe was lovely and sort, and we had dinner,\u201d Edwards said of their overnight stay. \u201cCher asked Ever if she desired to see her closet and showed her a pair of jeans she had worn in concert. It was a cool experience for her. Cher was very childlike. They played within the pool, and he or she spoke to Ever about school and asked her about boys.\u201d<\/p>\n

In documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by Us Weekly on\u00a0Wednesday, December 27, Cher, 77, claims that Allman, 47, is \u201csubstantially unable to administer his own financial resources attributable to severe mental health and substance [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> reached out to a rep for Cher for comment. People<\/em> reported that her rep declined to comment.<\/p>\n

Elijah is Cher\u2019s only child together with her late second husband, Gregg Allman<\/strong>. Cher also shared son Chaz Bono<\/strong> together with her late first husband, Sonny Bono<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Edwards\u2019 interview comes days after Cher filed for Elijah to be placed under a brief conservatorship following his legal troubles and struggles with addiction. The singer requested that fiduciary Jason Rubin<\/strong> take charge of her son\u2019s funds, Page Six<\/em> reported on Friday, April 17, citing court docs.<\/p>\n

That is the second time that Cher has filed for a conservatorship of Elijah\u2019s estate. In her recent court filing, Cher alleged that Elijah\u2019s life \u201chas significantly deteriorated\u201d since her last conservatorship petition in 2023, which was denied in January 2024.<\/p>\n

Cher alleged within the docs that Elijah spends money \u201cimmediately\u201d and \u201calmost exclusively on drugs, expensive hotels and limousine transportation.\u201d She further alleged that her son is being held at a psychiatric hospital in Recent Hampshire \u201cin an try and restore him to competency to face criminal charges.\u201d<\/p>\n

Elijah was arrested on two separate occasions in Recent Hampshire earlier this yr.
