Manchester United are set to launch an enormous offer to sign Brazilian starlet Eduardo Conceicao from Palmeiras.<\/p>\n

The 16-year-old is the most recent attacking talent to roll off the production line in Brazil with a bunch of European clubs seeking to secure his services.<\/p>\n
