Anand wouldn’t say if the shooting would change Canada\u2019s travel advice for Mexico, which was last updated March 31 and warns Canadians to exercise \u201ca high degree\u201d of caution \u201con account of high levels of criminal activity and kidnapping.\u201d<\/p>\n
Although some parts of Mexico are under regional non-travel advisories on account of violence and arranged crime, Mexico state \u2014 where Teotihuac\u00e1n is situated \u2014 just isn’t amongst them.<\/p>\n
