Days after reporting that Allu Arjun has decided to divide his time between Hyderabad and Mumbai, Mid-Day has revealed that the actor has rented a lavish 5BHK in Juhu. Positioned on Juhu Tara Road, the \u2018Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo\u2019 actor will reportedly be spending a large Rs 16 Lakh as monthly rent. The actor has leased the place for a period of three years. As per market reports, this property is value a whopping Rs 25 crore (approx.). <\/p>\n
<\/blockquote>\nTalking in regards to the property, the publication quoted a source saying, \u201cAllu Arjun wanted a beach-facing property for his wife Sneha and two children, Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha. The youngsters will live with him during their school vacations. The publication further revealed that the actor and his wife visited the property multiple times over the past 12 months, and personally oversaw the inside design.
