CEBU LANDMASTERS, INC. (CLI) has opened the primary Radisson RED hotel within the Philippines, marking a key step in expanding its hospitality portfolio.<\/p>\n
The corporate\u2019s hospitality arm, CLI Hotels & Resorts, on Monday said it launched the Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue, a P1.99-billion development inside Astra Centre, a mixed-use complex along A.S. Fortuna Street in Mandaue City.<\/p>\n
Mathias Bergundthal, first vp and director of assets at CLI Hotels & Resorts, said the launch signals the entry of a globally recognized lifestyle hotel brand right into a market with strong demand.<\/p>\n
\u201cRadisson RED Cebu Mandaue strengthens our presence within the region as we expand our hospitality portfolio alongside urban growth,\u201d he said within the statement.<\/span><\/p>\n He added that the project aligns with the corporate\u2019s give attention to well-located and experience-driven developments.<\/p>\n Radisson Red is a worldwide chain of upscale, full-service hotels operated by Selection Hotels International within the Americas and Radisson Hotel Group in the remainder of the world.<\/p>\n The 144-room hotel is Cebu Landmasters\u2019 fifth operational hospitality property and is positioned to serve each business and leisure travelers in considered one of Cebu\u2019s key urban corridors, it said in an announcement.<\/p>\n The hotel forms a part of the 1.23-hectare Astra Centre development, which also features a mall, office spaces and residential components. It’s near major business and transport hubs similar to Cebu IT Park, Cebu Business Park and Mactan-Cebu International Airport.<\/p>\n Radisson RED Cebu Mandaue offers rooms starting from 30 to 60 square meters, including superior, family, deluxe, junior and executive suites.<\/span><\/p>\n The hotel also features dining outlets, a poolside bar, a 24-hour fitness center, a spa, a swimming pool and performance spaces for meetings and events.<\/p>\n The opening supports Cebu Landmasters\u2019 technique to construct a recurring income base through hospitality assets alongside its core residential business.<\/p>\n Its existing portfolio includes properties similar to Citadines Cebu City, lyf Cebu City, The Pad Co-Living and Citadines Bacolod City.<\/p>\n Cebu Landmasters can also be expanding its pipeline, with upcoming projects including Mercure Cebu Downtown and Citadines Paragon Davao.<\/p>\n The corporate has a hospitality portfolio of 10 properties with 1,719 room keys, 827 of that are operational. \u2014 Juliana Chloe A.
