You already know how physical Sunderland will probably be and once the gang gets behind them it would be a troublesome game. But with the shape Forest are in and Morgan Gibbs-White filled with belief, I’m going to go for a draw. It’s going to be an excellent point for Forest.

I feel Gibbs-White is staking a claim for the World Cup. If he gets amongst the goals in just a few more games between now and the top of the season, that could be a big call for Thomas Tuchel, to shout out how great a form he’s in.

Alan’s Prediction: Draw

Fulham vs Aston Villa

This can be a tough one to call. We don’t know what’s happening with Marco Silva when it comes to what he’s doing. They’ve had an affordable season Fulham but have gotten some good players of their team.

Nonetheless, Villa and the best way they’re going, I’m going to go for an away win. I feel Villa will do it with Ollie Watkins finding his goals again, Morgan Rogers the identical.

Alan’s Prediction: Aston Villa Win

Liverpool vs Crystal Palace

Liverpool picked up an enormous win against Everton last weekend (Picture: Getty)

Liverpool scraped a win against Fulham at Anfield recently, they scraped a win and located a way against their rivals Everton within the derby just about in the identical way, and I feel they are going to have an excessive amount of for Palace. Home win.

It’s an amazing opportunity for Palace to win a European competition. Winning the FA Cup last yr, it might be great again winning a trophy in Europe again, so my guess is all their eyes will probably be on Europe and never on the Premier League

Alan’s Prediction: Liverpool Win

West Ham vs Everton

Everton are a extremely good side, especially away from home, they’ve got an excellent record. It’s a troublesome one for West Ham, who’re eager to win. They will probably be at home, but I’m undecided they are going to have enough to win it, so I’m going to say a draw.

A win this weekend would put Everton back on target for Europe. I believed they were a tad unlucky against Liverpool last week, but I’ll stick to a draw here.

Alan’s Prediction: Draw

Wolves vs Tottenham

It’s an absolute must win for Spurs. I do consider with the idea they could have picked up last weekend, whether it was from their performance or West Ham not winning at Palace. I feel that can give them great encouragement. Had it been the opposite way, then I feel they might be doomed. I feel in the event that they lose this weekend then they are going to go down.

Considering Wolves are already down, I’m going to tip Spurs to win for the primary time in a protracted time.

Alan’s Prediction: Tottenham Win

Arsenal vs Newcastle United

Arsenal have suffered back-to-back league defeats (Picture: Getty)

As much as I hope I’m flawed and I actually hope I’m flawed, I see Arsenal bouncing back and winning this. I actually have no confidence in the shape Newcastle are in. They need to return out they usually need to enhance. In the event that they get beat, they need to go down fighting, and I didn’t see that last weekend against Bournemouth.

That was the hard thing to take from the defeat. When the managers under pressure and the players are having to prove a degree, a minimum of you wish show some effort. That was the thing that hurt last weekend, the players have to return out with a response and fight for all the pieces.

In the event that they get beat, so be it, but they’ve got to do it with spirit. But I feel Arsenal will bounce back with a house win, as much because it pains me to say it, but I hope I’m flawed.

Alan’s Prediction: Arsenal Win

Manchster United vs Brentford

Man United dug out an amazing result last weekend, with that one little bit of quality in the sport when Bruno Fernandes went right down to that right-hand-side and pulls it back to Cunha. That was enough to get three points against a woeful Chelsea side.

I feel they are going to have enough to beat Brentford at home, so I’m going to say a Man United home win. Bruno is a high quality player. Where would Man United be without him? He has been the one consistent player there for thus long now.

Alan’s Prediction: Man Utd Win

FA Cup Semi-Finals

Manchester City vs Southampton

Manchester City beat Liverpool to succeed in the FA Cup final 4 (Picture: Getty)

Southampton will make it tough. Pep will change it round and provides a game to a few or 4 of his players who haven’t began frequently.

I watched Southampton in midweek, and clearly did the sport against Arsenal at their place they usually were really impressive then. They didn’t win the sport in midweek against Bristol City but went behind twice and got here back for a draw.

They’re 20 games unbeaten; they are going to make it really difficult, but it surely would take a brave man to predict anything aside from a Man City win.

Alan’s Prediction: Man City Win

Chelsea vs Leeds United

For Calum McFarlane, I do know he worked with Rosenior as a part of his team; but he did the Man City game before Rosenior was appointed and there was a giant improvement in that game, when he took over.

There’ll likely be an improvement from Chelsea under the interim manager, but there may be huge pressure on those players to perform. Leeds are just about guaranteed Premier League football next yr, so there will not be as much pressure on them. For that reason, I’m going to go for a Leeds win.

It’s going to be an excellent atmosphere. The pressure is large on Chelsea, not a lot on Leeds, so it might be an excellent day trip for the Leeds fans.

Alan’s Prediction: Leeds Win

For more stories like this, check our sport page.

Follow Metro Sport for the most recent news on
Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Arrow

<use xlink:href="#common-right-arrow" href="#common-right-arrow"></use>MORE: Private chef reveals the drink Cristiano Ronaldo banned from his food plan

Arrow

<use xlink:href="#common-right-arrow" href="#common-right-arrow"></use>MORE: Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha injury latest ahead of Manchester United vs Brentford

Arrow

<use xlink:href="#common-right-arrow" href="#common-right-arrow"></use>MORE: ‘A Spanish team playing in Serie A’ – Is Cesc Fabregas the person to save lots of Chelsea?

Comment now

<use xlink:href="#social-comment" href="#social-comment"></use>
Comments

Add Metro as a Preferred Source on Google

<use xlink:href="#social-preferred-source" href="#social-preferred-source"></use>
Add as preferred source

Former Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer (Picture: Getty) Alan Shearer has revealed his predictions for this weekend’s Premier League and the 2 FA Cup semi-finals at Wembley.
