He was also reimbursed $600,000 for travel expenses related to fulfilling his obligations under the Johnson Services Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The filing further noted that Johnson missed several board meetings on account of prior business commitments. TKO\u2019s board convened seven times over the course of the 12 months.<\/p>\n<p>On the WWE side, Johnson made multiple television appearances in 2025.
