If y\u2019all recall, in 2024, Kenya Moore was accused of allegedly putting up explicit photos of Brit Eady during a personal event at her spa. The situation even pushed Eady to file a $20 million lawsuit against Bravo. Now Brit is serving a lil\u2019 clapback. She mainly gave \u201cwhat goes around, comes around\u201d energy because the footage sees her shaking her head while boxes sat outside the salon. In April 2025, landlord Northland Chamblee LLC filed an eviction lawsuit, looking for $30,000 in backpay and claiming payments had stopped in December 2024. By October, that quantity had increased to greater than $44,000. Kenya Moore Hair Spa pushed back on those claims and said the owner didn&#8217;t make promised improvements. A Georgia judge later <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2026\/02\/24\/rhoa-kenya-moore-hair-spa-must-pay-landlord\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" aria-label=\"gave Kenya two deadlines (opens in a new tab)\">gave Kenya two deadlines<\/a> to repay the cash \u2014 $43,988 by the tip of February one other $43,988 by the tip of March. The judge also ordered her company to repay about $5,500 a month in rent unless she vacated the space. After she missed the court-mandated payments, the eviction of her business moved forward. Based on Brit\u2019s video, it appears the method unfolded this week.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Kenya Denies Claims Of Owing Her Landlord<\/h3>\n<p>As mentioned, in February of this 12 months, Kenya denied owing her landlord money. She shared a post on Instagram saying the owner actually owed her. She also claimed that she spent six figures constructing the salon and said her landlord never reimbursed her.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe reports about me being behind on rent are false.
