The film\u2019s leak, which surfaced before certification, prompted the Tamil Film Editors Association to suspend Raghav following internal discussions. The association highlighted that he had repeatedly violated regulations by hiring non-members as assistants across multiple projects, including Jana Nayagan. Concerns grew further as a consequence of his alleged involvement within the leak, raising broader industry accountability issues.<\/p>\n
In an official statement, the association confirmed the suspension after an emergency meeting on April 17. Throughout the meeting all skilled ties with Raghav were severed. They urged other industry bodies to support this motion to uphold industry standards and stop further breaches. The piracy crackdown has led to swift arrests, with the Tamil Nadu Cyber Crime Wing apprehending a contract editor believed to be accountable for accessing and leaking the film\u2019s footage. <\/p>\n
3 suspects were arrested on April 15 following an in depth technical investigation. A complete of 6 individuals are in custody for uploading and circulating the pirated content. The Madras HC has issued a short lived order to halt the distribution of the unauthorised version across social media, online platforms, and cable networks.<\/p>\n
