Andrew Brunette is confident he\u2019ll be back, and Jonathan Marchessault owns his bad 12 months<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Alex Daugherty of the Tennessean<\/a><\/strong>: Nashville Predators head coach Andrew Brunette is confident that he\u2019ll be back next season as head coach, no matter who they carry in as GM.<\/p>\n

Predators forward Jonathan Marchessault said that he wasn\u2019t a positive person this 12 months and was in a poor \u201chead space,\u201d and owns that his play didn\u2019t help the Predators.<\/p>\n

Alexander Steen is taking up from Rutherford as GM, and said there are quite a lot of conversations that may must occur.<\/p>\n

Defenseman Colton Parayko and goaltender Jordan Binnington were also within the rumor mill, with Parayko nixing a trade to the Buffalo Sabres. Binnington owns a 14-team no-trade clause and Armstrong\u2019s comments about needing two good goaltenders lead you to consider Binnington is staying.<\/p>\n

Forward Jordan Kyrou has a full no-trade clause and said he desires to stay.<\/p>\n

Forward Dylan Holloway is a pending RFA. He desires to stay in St. Louis for a very long time, and he\u2019s confident something will get done.<\/p>\n

NHL Rumors: Washington Capitals, and the Vancouver Canucks<\/p>\n

Before the draft lottery, the Blues hold the No. 11 pick, No. 15 (Detroit) , and No. 31 (Colorado). Armstrong on the concept of trading up within the draft:<\/p>\n

\u201cYes, we might \u2014 we are able to use the picks, we are able to use prospects, we are able to use players. We\u2019ll give it our greatest likelihood.
