An excellent combination of mockumentary and improv comedy,\u00a0Jury Duty\u00a0<\/em>takes one unsuspecting man,\u00a0Ronald Gladden<\/strong>, and places him amongst a bunch of individuals he assumes are typical, randomly chosen jurors. In point of fact, everyone else \u2014 including the judge, lawyers, and fellow jurors \u2014 is an actor. (They’re all mostly complete unknowns aside from movie star James Marsden<\/strong><\/a>, who plays himself.)<\/p>\n It\u2019s a dynamic ensemble that places Ronald into increasingly ridiculous scenarios \u2014 and we get to look at his honest reactions unfold. It\u2019s a lighthearted and entertaining show that ends with a surprisingly sweet message. The forged is lovable, the story is unforgettable and the large reveal is top-notch.
