Chelsea will seek a everlasting sale for Nicolas Jackson after Bayern Munich confirmed they may not sign the striker on a everlasting transfer.<\/p>\n

German giants Bayern spent around \u00a314m to sign Jackson on a season-long loan deal last summer.<\/p>\n

Bayern, who clinched one more Bundesliga title last week, agreed to sign Jackson on a everlasting deal for an additional \u00a356m if certain conditions were met.<\/p>\n

But Jackson didn’t make enough appearances to activate the transfer, starting just ten league games under Vincent Kompany, scoring seven goals.<\/p>\n

Bayern Munich still had the choice to barter a brand new cope with Chelsea however the club\u2019s director of sport Max Eberl has confirmed Jackson will return to Stamford Bridge once the loan deal ends.<\/p>\n

Greater than half of those goals got here in Jackson\u2019s first season in west London before a more underwhelming second campaign for the Senegal striker.<\/p>\n

Jackson decided to depart Chelsea after the Blues signed two recent strikers last summer \u2013 Joao Pedro from Brighton and Liam Delap from Ipswich Town.<\/p>\n

Chelsea threatened to dam his move to Bayern after an early injury for Delap but Jackson was already in Munich by that time and essentially refused to return.<\/p>\n

Together with his days at Bayern numbered, Jackson is believed to be open to reviving his profession back at Chelsea.<\/p>\n

But talkSPORT<\/a> say Chelsea will still attempt to money in on Jackson despite failing to dump him to Bayern Munich.<\/p>\n

It’s claimed Chelsea\u2019s Premier League rivals Newcastle United have already placed Jackson on an inventory of summer targets after expressing interest within the 24-year-old last summer.<\/p>\n

Eddie Howe eventually welcomed Nick Woltemade and Yoane Wissa to St James\u2019 Park as Alexander Isak\u2019s replacements but each have struggled.<\/p>\n

Chelsea\u2019s decision to dump Jackson last summer was met by a mixed response, with former midfielder John Obi Mikel recently claiming he has been \u2018missed\u2019 this season.<\/p>\n

Newcastle weren’t alone in registering interest in Jackson before his move to Bayern Munich, with Tottenham and AC Milan just two of the opposite clubs who were linked with moves.<\/p>\n
