As he recently revealed, he and showrunner Mike White<\/strong> had an encounter with Cannes waitstaff that convinced them France was the right backdrop for the black comedy anthology series\u2019 fourth season.<\/p>\n On the Cannes International Series Festival, \u201cThe White Lotus\u201d producer David Bernad dished on how France was chosen as the placement for the show\u2019s upcoming season.
