Artem Vakhitov predicts the UFC White House co-main event <\/h2>\n

Artem Vakhitov has modified his mind on Alex Pereira vs. Ciryl Gane after taking a visit to France.<\/p>\n

The 35-year-old Russian gives \u2018Bon Gamin\u2019 the sting heading into the UFC White House card. <\/p>\n

\u201cBefore I got here [to train with] Ciryl Gane, I used to be slightly suspicious of his style and his preparations,\u201d Vakhitov told Standemup at GLORY 107 on Saturday night. <\/p>\n

\u201cBut once I got here there, I actually felt that the guy was totally on a special level. I saw his team, how he was preparing, and the way they did the whole lot well. His timing, his feeling of distance, demeanor, and his kickboxing. <\/p>\n

\u201cHe has the whole lot. Now, initially, he has to work on his psychological and mental things.<\/p>\n

\u201cNeedless to say, I modified my mind. Now I believe it\u2019s 70\/30, and he can really get it.\u201d<\/p>\n

When is Artem Vakhitov\u2019s next fight?<\/h2>\n

Artem Vakhitov seemed set to follow in Alex Pereira\u2019s footsteps by joining the UFC in 2024. <\/p>\n

A formidable knockout win on Dana White\u2018s Contender Series earned the 3-1 MMA prospect a contract offer from the game\u2019s premier promotion. <\/p>\n

Nonetheless, Vakhitov turned down the deal and returned to kickboxing for a fight with Rico Verhoeven, which he lost by unanimous decision at Glory 100 in June 2025. <\/p>\n

Vakhitov is predicted to return at GLORY 108 in Tokyo, Japan, on June 13, but an opponent has not been announced yet. <\/p>\n
