Former Chelsea captains John Terry and Dennis Clever have appeared to back a call to deport benefit-claiming migrants in a post from Restore Britain leader Rupert Lowe.<\/p>\n

In an Instagram post featuring a clip of him speaking within the House of Commons, Lowe wrote: \u2018We must always ban foreigners from claiming advantages, and take away migrants who’re incapable of financially supporting themselves \u2013 use those many saved billions to slash tax for the British men and ladies keeping the economy running.<\/p>\n

\u2018Restore Britain would do exactly that, and put our own people first. Finally.\u2019<\/p>\n

Former England star Terry was amongst those reply, writing: \u2018100 per cent yes.\u2019 The post also seemed to be endorsed by one other former Blues captain in Clever who wrote \u2018200 per cent\u2019. <\/p>\n

Clever is the club\u2019s second most successful captain of all-time, behind Terry. He made 445 appearances for Chelsea, wearing the captain\u2019s armband from 1993 to when he left the club in 2001. <\/p>\n

It comes after Terry appeared to endorse policy to ban the burqa in public spaces in Britain last month.<\/p>\n

Lowe, a former chairman of Southampton, also said he would outlaw signs in foreign languages at stations.<\/p>\n

The previous centre-half responded to the post with three clapping emojis.<\/p>\n

Terry was criticised for the post with the Restore leader later defending the 45-year-old.<\/p>\n

\u2018I see that England\/Chelsea legend John Terry is taking some flak for applauding Restore Britain\u2019s policy of banning the burqa and ensuring that every one London stations use English, and English only.<\/p>\n

\u2018That is the position the overwhelming majority of the British people support.<\/p>\n

\u2018There may be now a political party that can say exactly what people think and fight to make it occur. Restore Britain.\u2019<\/p>\n

Since hanging up his boots, Terry has served as assistant manager under Dean Smith at Aston Villa, returning to Chelsea in 2022 in a consultancy role working with the club\u2019s academy.<\/p>\n

Recent reports also suggest he’s in talks with Colchester United over a surprise takeover on the club.<\/p>\n

His old club Chelsea are once more looking out for a brand new everlasting manager following the sacking of Liam Rosenior. <\/p>\n

Calum McFarlane has been moved up from the Under-21 side to steer the team on a interim basis with sections of Chelsea\u2019s support calling for Terry to be involved in some capability for the ultimate games of the season.<\/p>\n

Terry recently revealed nevertheless he \u2018didn’t get a call\u2019 from the decision-makers at Stamford Bridge.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019m unsure what Calum\u2019s backroom staff goes to seem like, I\u2019ve not had a call, I\u2019ve not had a message, I will probably be continuing my role within the academy,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n

\u2018I\u2019ll be with the academy tomorrow, we\u2019ve got an enormous couple of games coming up.\u2019<\/p>\n
