Dana White\u2019s boxing promotion will likely be heading to England in the approaching months.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It was announced last month that Zuffa Boxing has signed a broadcast take care of Sky Sports and are committing to putting on shows within the UK.<\/p>\n

With the promotion\u2019s sixth event scheduled to happen on May 10, White has continued so as to add notable names to the roster.<\/p>\n

The newest Zuffa Boxing announcement has revealed that certainly one of their marquee signings, Chris Billam-Smith, will debut for the promotion in June.<\/p>\n

Chris Billam-Smith set to face Ryan Rozicki in Bournemouth, England at Zuffa Boxing 07<\/h2>\n

It has been announced today that on Saturday, June 6, Chris Billam-Smith (21-2) will face Ryan Rozicki (21-1-1) in a 10-round cruiserweight fundamental event at Zuffa Boxing 07.<\/p>\n

The bout will happen on the Bournemouth International Centre, where the Brit has previously competed on three occasions.<\/p>\n

Billam-Smith will likely be seeking to secure back-to-back wins to rebound from losing his WBO cruiserweight title to Gilberto Ramirez in 2024.<\/p>\n

Rozicki, then again, hasn\u2019t lost since 2021, though he did go to a draw with Yamil Peralta when fighting for the vacant interim WBC cruiserweight belt two years ago.<\/p>\n

In March, Jai Opetaia became the primary Zuffa Boxing champion when he defeated Brandon Glanton, Billam-Smith\u2019s last opponent, to win the cruiserweight belt.<\/p>\n

Defending it against the winner of this upcoming fundamental event in Bournemouth looks like a logical next step for Opetaia, though his goal has been to unify the belts.<\/p>\n

Following the announcement of the promotion\u2019s take care of Sky Sports, Dana White said that the plan is to bring at the least five Zuffa Boxing events to the UK per yr.<\/p>\n

He also believes that they\u2019re \u201cprobably\u201d going to match the variety of UFC events which are placed on next yr because of them being two years ahead of where they expected to be by this stage,<\/p>\n
